Think about taking up meditation, listening to relaxing music, going for walks in nature, or anything else that you might find relaxing. Find Help — It could help to find a friend or therapist to confide in. Using the previous tips to find relief from panic attacks may be useful, but do not overlook the power of relating and sharing with another person. This person should be non-judgmental and trustable.
